19July2024 ,Phnum Rai, Ta Taok commune, Samlout District, Battambang Province: NECO conducted ICLT Assembly to validate 1) Validation on new ICLT committee 2) The experimental of regulation and 3) Approval on ICLT members. Total 150 participants including 79 females, 5 People with Disabilities.
